We peel off layers of stress, identity and ego to find our raw authentic selves. A space where dancers can meet b-e-y-o-n-d the typical dance steps and dance identities, to discover more space in their hearts and learn about each other on a deeper level.

This workshop invites you to fully check out from your everyday life, open your heart, breath deeper, and embody the divine masculine and feminine energies to create more magic on the dance floor. Elevating ourselves as dancers, and elevate human connection as a collective.

About Tantra
Tantra is a spiritual practice that emphasizes the importance of our bodies and their sensations. It involves using breath, movement, and sound to connect with ourselves, our partner, and the world around us. This workshop is non-sexual and will focus on sensuality, energy and human connection.

𝘈𝘉𝘖𝘜𝘛 𝘈𝘕𝘕𝘈

Anna discovered kizomba nearly a decade ago and has been teaching it (mainly urban) in Sweden and Amsterdam for a couple of years. She’s now on a mission to add a spiritual and embodied layer to deepen the connection in the dance itself and in the community. Kizomba led her to tantra, where she discovered the beauty of both worlds, and she now works as a Relationship & Intimacy Coach supporting singles and couples to create extraordinary relationships and passionate intimacy through embodiment and polarity. She spent the last 2.5 years in Bali diving deeper into spirituality and embodiment work which added the last pieces to her concept. Anna’s goal with Sacred Connection is to share a heartfelt experience for dancers, allowing them to expand their hearts, silent their minds and become more confident and conscious in their dance style.
