In my work around sensuality, sensuality itself is only step 3. Before we can experience a true and authentic connection to our sensual connection to self, as well as our sensual expression(s), we must first be able to really 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 our bodies. To be able to listen to, and communicate with, our bodies.

This is an embodied journey to dive deeply into connection to the body, into soft & gentle sensuality. A full-sensory experience. An opening of our feminine body-beings through activating the parasympathetic nervous system, and coming from a space of cultivated safety - both externally, as well as within our own bodies. Followed by a women’s circle, to deepen in connection & community.

Sensual Liberty is a beautiful space for you, dear woman, to dive deeper into cultivating a deeper connection to your body, and to learn to listen to her whispers. We will firstly ground ourselves into the safety of our feminine bodies, before we open to our soft & gentle sensual connection and expression through movement and touch. In the presence of other women, yet deeply your own experience (which is why we’ll wear blindfolds) Both beginner friendly, as well as a space for women who have been on this path longer.

This edition's theme is all about our replenishment and centeredness. To replenish ourselves through connection to the body, and fill our cups in that. Starting our year in a way of deep nourishment in connection to self and to our body, from a place of centeredness. So that we can show up for the world around us in integrity. And to that purpose, we will work with the exquisite qualities of 𝚠𝚊𝚝𝚎𝚛.

What’s good for you to know, dearest, is that we approach sensuality from a very soft & gentle perspective, as we focus on deep connection to the body from a place of safety. Ocean has been working with sensuality in a professional capacity for around 3 years now, after starting her personal journey around reclaiming her body, pleasure & sensuality 5 years ago. She is a tantrika in training, and forever student of life & the sensual, finding sensuality and beauty in many flavors of life. Movement, art, literature…. She is here for sensuality as a way to empower, free & reclaim ourselves. Introverted by nature, and deeply nourished by female community. I believe that our way to an authentic and deeply nourishing sensual connection & expression comes through a deep connection to the body, which comes through safety first. (Re)finding safety ánd sensuality within ourselves, by deepening the connection to our bodies.
