It's time to open our hearts, to set ourselves and the world free. <3

We will devote this evening to setting intentions for 2024, welcoming the new year and welcoming all the new versions of you.

The evening will start with everyone receiving a personal oracle card, a self-made vegan snack and a cup of cacao. Daniela will guide you through a little cacao ritual, to set an intention for 2024.

Liza & Arif will share beautiful heart songs and mantra's with you. You will receive certain songs printed out on paper, so you can sing along (only if you want to). The songs will be in English, Sanskrit and some in Spanish and Dutch. We will play songs from Sam Garrett, Deva Premal, Danit and much more.

Heart songs and mantra's are based on healing and loving frequencies. Listening to this music (and singing along) can enable you to open your heart and experience the love that is within. Singing with many people together, creates a beautiful feeling of belonging and community, that we all need as humans.

You can dance, sing or be silent during the entire evening. Everything is welcome!
In between Liza will share some wisdom about the throat chakra, our powerful connection with the outside world. We often carry a lot of shame here and this stands in the way of our authenticity and power. It holds us back from speaking our truths and therefore, from manifesting what we really want in life.

We finish off the evening with a guided meditation. <3
