Tantra session: Embrace your Shadow

This evening is a profound ritual for forgiveness, unity, and self-love.

'Shadows' are unconscious aspects of our personality that include traits that don't align with our self-ideals, rooted in how we were brought up. Often, we try to suppress traits like anger, jealousy, desires, playfulness, natural ecstasy... This suppression only works for so long, until the shadow shows up again in deeper frustration.
'I must have a dark side also If I am to be whole', said C.G. Jung, who is still a great inspiration to Western Psychology in shadow work. We will build on this knowledge and unite it with the profound system of Tantra, where both light and dark are welcomed, and taken as entrance for inner research.

With this ritual evening, we want to take a step towards our shadows, and embrace the ones that we are ready to truly integrate and say yes to.

Helena and Ruben (Psychologists, Breathwork- & Tantra facilitators) will take you into the Tantric framework of 'being whole', and guide you through the ritual that combines bodywork, breathwork, and honest communication. These tools will help you make space to release mental and emotional tension that held you back from embracing your shadows fully, and find deeper peace within yourself.
We look forward to create this safe space for you to surrender one bit deeper into your full being.
