Im really excited to share the birth of a new mensgroup in Maastricht.

Wednesday 8th of November
19.00 to 22.00

We meet around the fire and share from the heart. Allowing time and space to be beyond our daily lives.

An evening where:
- you have an opportunity to share about whats truly on your mind/soul/heart
- silence, meditation and our bodies will be invited to work with/through us.
- we come together as men.
- vulnerability is also very much welcomed.
- we listen.
- instruments are also very welcome:)

The intention is to have it on a monthly basis.
Max 8 men.

Practicalities:
Language will be Dutch and/or English

Location will be on a secluded part of the garden of Kasteel Vaeshartelt (see video) Maastricht

Ritual Play

Ritual Play is a great exercise to get to know yourself better and interact with others in a raw, intuitive and innocent way. This time I had the chance to participate in another persons beautiful cleaning process. I am grateful for Theo and Max for organizing, holding the space and inviting the participants to dare to face the uncomfortable!
