Are you afraid or just unable to show your true feelings to your friends/partner? Are you often suddenly in doubt whether the other person really loves you? Or do you keep have the same argument over and over again? If you run into the same obstacles over and over in relationships, it's often because of your specific attachment style and the strategies you’ve had to develop from a young age.
For some, you may have been repeatedly told that you are 'just too much', 'too intense' or 'needy'. Or perhaps you've been labeled as too closed off, too distant, always keeping conversations on the surface. Maybe even that you drive others crazy with pushing and pulling at the same time or have sabotaging self judgement of not being 'good enough'.

Attachment styles originate in childhood and largely determines the patterns each individual tends to display in relationships, both romantic and platonic.

In 3 hour introduction workshop we offer a useful attachment framework for you to start understanding your own relational history better.

Our aim is to transfer knowledge and understanding on Attachment Theory, interwoven with embodied experiences via Authentic Relating so that learn valuable skills on communication and intimacy that you can use in daily practice with those around you.

Our workshop is designed so that exploration and practice within the group aid the theory to sink in. By learning to integrate the insights, knowledge and skills you will begin building firm foundations towards safe and reliable functioning within (romantic) relationships and family dynamics.

After this course you will have good introduction to understanding of your own attachment pattern, and that of others. With new tools and techniques to apply to yourself and your relationships.

This workshop is an introduction to a more in-depth series that will build on the complexities of attachment theory alongside the skills needed to transform communication and unravel behaviors.

Sanne van Weegberg
MSc. Attachment therapist, IPF- combines his training in psychology, meditation, emotional bodywork into an integrative approach. He specializes in attachment repair using IPF (the Ideal Parent Figure Protocol), the Three Pillars Model developed by Dr. Brown, and techniques that foster meta-cognitive awareness and emotional regulation.

MA. Social Sculpture, WESTT Pedagogical Development Teacher & Coach - combines her training in creative coaching, Authentic Relating and Social Sculpture. Her current research outlines the role of imagination as an organ of perception for autonomous agency and intimacy.
