KAP Specials are a little different from Open Classes. It can be a longer session, or with more facilitators, or a Semi Private. Check button below for dates and events.

In a Semi Private ceremony you will find a small and intimate group. there is more attention per person and the session will be longer, to fully experience the transmission and its effects. These sessions are there for more integration, a deepening practice, but as well suitable for first-timers.

Kundalini is life force energy. It occurs in many forms, when you doing something exciting, When you connect with someone, just before you fall asleep when you go to work This energy connects you with the core of your being. It brings courage, support, pure love and rebuilds inner trust in yourself. It also activates the self-healing ability you had in you along.

During a Kundalini Activation Process ceremony after an introduction of Nicole & what Kundalini is about, you will lie down on a mat. Close your eyes and relax your whole body. Surrender to the process without expectations. Whatever arises, let it arise and be expressed. The session will be accompanied with music and Nicole will touch your body on certain energy points to activate the energy.

Examples of experiences

Energetic
Laying still, but feel energy running through your body.

Visual
Activation of your third eye, seeing lights or images, going on astral journeys, visions.

Emotional
Anger, sadness, fear, laughter, joy. Do not suppress this, feel it and it will be released. You might want to scream, cry or laugh, all emotional release is welcomed.

Kinaesthetic
Body movements, stretches, yoga poses, shaking, mudras... pay attention to where you are feeling it and how your body wants to move without letting your mind interfere.

Bliss states
You can experience a complete state of bliss. Non duality is a experience of oneness with all things and beings. A complete identification with all and nothing around you. The feeling of disappearing completely in the moment and in a state of being. You don't see the sea, you become the sea. You don't listen to the music, you become the music. ​You are all. And you are nothing. There is a completion of awareness and experience, where you become the experience itself.


A side note
Everyone is more or less sensitive to this energy, It is just a matter of time, some people need more time than others. The more KAP you do, the deeper it goes, but each session is different.
