Te zien hoe mooi elke unieke vierkante centimeters is van onze tempel. Hoe we verschillen en hetzelfde zijn. En hoeveel eerbied je kunt hebben voor elke tempel. Die van de ander én die van jezelf.

We starten met oefeningen om contact te maken. Met jezelf en de groep. Vanuit deze energie stappen we in het prachtige ritueel. Je wordt stap voor stap meegenomen. Maar niks moet. Jij bepaalt je eigen grenzen. En er zijn lieve space holders aanwezig voor thee, een knuffel en een luisterend oor.

We start with exercises to make a connection. With yourself and the group. From this energy, we step into the beautiful ritual. You are taken step by step. But nothing is required. You determine your own boundaries. And there are kind space holders present for tea, a hug, and a listening ear.

Guided by experience facilitators and nurturing space-holders, you'll explore and celebrate you own inner and outer beauty, as well as that of other participants in intimate groups, using art as a tool to make this celebration visible.

This is more than just a workshop; it's a celebration of your unique essence, a declaration of self-love, and an exploration of the profound interplay between vulnerability and strength. Together with fellow participants, you'll create a tapestry of beauty, playfullness, sacred attention and authenticity.

In our safe and supportive space, you can shed the layers of judgment and inhibition, embracing the beauty of the naked* and divine self in the most profound and artistic way.
