Women's Circle - Own your emotions

I am excited to invite you to the upcoming women's circle: "Own Your Emotions." This gathering will delve into the art of embracing and understanding our emotions, recognizing them as powerful messengers guiding us through life. Technically, emotions are nothing but energy in motion. But most of us haven't learned how to deal with- and sit with our emotions. So let's come together, do some exercises that can help us move through our emotions and share our experiences in what's helpful for us.

As a coach and hypnotherapist, my purpose is to guide women on their journey of self-discovery and empower them to embrace their authentic selves. I assist in releasing insecurities and fears, allowing you to reclaim your life with trust and confidence.
