About the Circle:
Within the sacred space of this Women's Circle, love and healing intertwine, guiding each woman towards a deeper understanding of herself. Immerse yourself in the warm embrace of like-minded women who are all on their own unique paths of healing, authenticity and celebration. Share your stories, insights, and support as we honor and celebrate each other's journey.

What to Expect:
Circle opening
Reflection & Journaling
Meditation and/or hypnosis
Sharing and celebrating each other
Laughter Yoga (with Santa Simule)
Circle closing

Important:
This circle will include a gift swap. A few days before the circle will take place I will email you the name of one of the other women who are joining. Please tune in and bring a gift for her. It is the thought, the attention, the love that counts here. It doesn't have to be anything expensive. It can be something handmade. It can be a card with a beautiful message. Whatever comes up for you when you tune in.

Healthy snacks, as well as tea and water, will be provided.
