Tantric Shibari

Join us for a group exploration of conscious touch and connection through the art shibari.

This is not a typical ropes workshop. Instead of focusing on tying and technique, we will explore authentic relating through rope with an emphasis on love, joy, playfulness, depth, heart expansion, and overall just having fun together!

No previous rope experience is necessary.

The evening will begin with a cacao ceremony to connect you to your heart and ground you in your body. Maintaining the spirit and energy of ceremony, you will be guided through a series of tantric and authentic relating connection games and exercises where you will interact with everyone in the group at least once. This builds trust and allows everyone to get know each other before we move into ropes. After you’ve become familiar with the group, you will chose someone you feel most comfortable with to share a moment in rope with. This is an invitation to explore deep connection while also staying connected to your own body throughout the whole experience.

About the facilitator / Space holder :

Dani Divino Hazlewood III has been teaching shibari internationally for over 6 years now, he has been invited to international rope events to teach and has developed his own approach and style within the art. He has been on the tantric path for 10 years and is also a qualified water therapy practitioner. He works as a healer/bodywork practitioner based off of the watsu/shiatsu teachings. He believes in using rope in the same way, with flow, intention & as a means to bring peace to both the giver and receiver.

This is an event around conscious kink, sacred sexuality, tantra, heart opening & soul connecting.

This is not a sex party, play party or a sexual event. It is an intimate and sensual exploration but with no purpose other than being present & developing the sensitivity to feel more.
