New Moon in Leo - Moon Gatherings

Dear sisters, 

Welcome to the Moon Gatherings 2023!!
I am Ibelisse, I practice earth base medicine for about 25  years. I am a medicine woman, an artist and a space holder. I have initiated the Moon Gatherings in the beginning of 2020, which is a ceremony space, a temple and a place for radical listening. I feel deeply honoured and humbled that this circle has had the opportunity to develop into a space of deep sharing, healing and the building of an incredible community of sisters. This initiative is an umbrella that embraces practices that are in synergy with the call of the earth, which comes from a deep connection I nurture with how my ancestors have practiced their ways of life, inherent to my roots and heritage as Bolivian/Brazilian. My mission is to create a space of radical reciprocity, while honouring expansion and letting the spirit of the circle do its magic.

Dear sisters, welcome to the New Moon in Leo.

Be Welcome sisters to come sit with us in circle on the night of the powerful new moon in Leo. Embedded this month between a super moon and a blue moon, a time to set intentions, to direct our gaze inward so we can face the world with renewed compassion, power, boundaries, love and connection. I feel a strong intention for this new moon in Leo to connect to our mothers, grandmothers, great grandmothers. To honour the generations of women that came before us, that paved the paths that we are walking and that are still guiding us today. We will sit in a sharing circle together, sing together. Depending on weather and what feels called for, we will hold either a fire ceremony or a guided drum journey.

TIME
You are welcome to come early for a forest walk:
Forest walk at 15:00
Soup at 18:00
Circle starts at 19:00 to 22:00
NOTE: There is also space to sleep over in the beautiful quirky mansion with a garden in Leersum. Please reserve and let us know if you'd like to spend the night and if you need a mattress/sheets/blankets
(limited availability!!!)

IMPORTANT
bring weather appropriate clothing for the evening.
There is a bus from Utrecht/Driebergen-Zeist that stops very close to the house for those coming by public transportation

SACRED GIFT ECONOMICS
This event is donation-based, as a service to the sisterhood. Please consider how much you are willing and able to give, to honour the time of those preparing and hosting the ceremony. Suggested donation is between €5-25, depending on your situation. Donations in the form of time or crafts are welcome. Please never let money be a hindrance; there is always space to welcome you.
