Going into the breath work circle I didn't know what to expect during these 2 hours and I'm glad to say I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I found the exercise of throwing each other back and forth in groups of 3 a very helpful exercise that helped me feel connected and that I was held and protected, even though I didn't actually know my 3 partners. I really appreciated that Niels and Tara guided us at the beginning of the breath work session telling us different breathing techniques. I was able to get into my body and release a lot of the tension and rigidity I was unknowingly holding in my body, it was one of the most cathartic experiences I had this year. I felt very welcomed in the circle, and I felt safe to let go of the shame and fear of being vulnerable in front of others during the 2 hours. Somehow, I felt like in these 2 hours, everything that societally separates us (age, backgrounds, nationality, language) didn't matter because we were all connected by something much greater (love, community, intuition and compassion). I'm very grateful that I signed up for this event and I would recommend it to anyone who's ready to create a deeper and meaningful connection with your body, your self and others.😊
