In this Conscious Domination weekend, we'll explore power exchange as a form of conscious play and a pathway to deeper intimacy, trust, and connection. Through conscious power exchange, both the Dominant and the submissive are fully aware of and consent to the power dynamics at play, allowing both to dive deep.

We'll teach you how to set up a scene, negotiate boundaries and consent, and work with different flavours and energies. With a variety of exercises, you'll have the opportunity to explore and experiment with different styles and flavours of domination and submission. You may find that you enjoy more authoritarian or strict forms of domination, or that you prefer a more nurturing or empathic approach. You'll have the chance to discover what resonates with you and gain a deeper understanding of your own desires, boundaries and style within D/s dynamics.

Throughout the weekend, we'll alternate between subbing and Domming, providing a chance to explore both sides of the domination coin. By doing so, you'll gain a deeper understanding of both sides of the polarity and what it takes to create a safe, fulfilling, and enjoyable experience for both the Dom and the sub. We'll also explore the role of empathy and compassion in successful domination, and how to use these qualities to create a space of trust and mutual respect.

We'll emphasise the importance of negotiated boundaries and consent. When safety is established, a scene can be a transformative and empowering experience for all.
