After a body preparation with yoga asanas, Marie will explain the function of the respiratory system, and you will train on the first techniques of nadhi sodhana, and elementary breathing methods.
After this, you will relax with some yin poses and a guided meditation. In the price of the workshop.
A drink is included =in the price of the workshop.
Be aware that this class is designed for healthy yoga students. During the session, you will be seated for long periods of time. It is therefore not suitable for students with heavy back pain, or with a recent back injury. If you have any doubts regarding your health condition, refer to your doctor first. In case of pregnancy (first and second semester), please inform Marie ahead.
THINK OF: taking your yoga mat with you, a bolster to sit on, or your yoga blocks. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring something extra to cover yourself.
