Growing up in a Buddhist community has profoundly shaped who I am. Pairing that with my understanding of the principles and methods of Authentic Relating, I've found my calling in creating spaces and forming groups where people can come together to explore the very core of what it means to be authentically human.

De conscious communication workshop is één van de meeste leuke workshops waar ik de afgelopen tijd ben geweest. Elena begeleid op een rustige, warme manier. Ze creëerde een omgeving waarin iedereen zich veilig voelt om persoonlijke dingen te delen. De oefeningen had ik nooit eerder gedaan en waren super interessant. Going into the workshop, I didn't know what to expect and I have to say that I was definitely positively surprised in the best way possible. Being in a room full of like-minded people that were ready to embark on the same journey as me and dared to be vulnerable with each other, really opened my eyes and made me want to make changes in the way that I approach close relationships. I felt more calm and more connected to myself and those around me after the workshop. The hours just flew by and by the end of it, you could feel a definite shift in the energy into a more light and bright one:) would definitely participate again:)
