carson and ella

it was beautiful and super wholesome! i definetly loved that there was no "vorstellungs runde" and also that there was food, i love how easy all seemed, eventhough it was very heavy topics.

Ella and Carson did an excellent job at creating an inviting and safe space in which we could explore a range of platonic intimacies. I'm excited to bring the exercises to my own communities!

I thoroughly can recommend this workshop! The two facilitators held the space really well while being in tune with the group's and their own needs. They provided the possibility to go as deep into the exercises as you wanted and I got a lot of interesting insights and can't wait to share what I've learnt with the people that matter to me! I went into the workshop very anxious and unsure of how I would be able to handle whatever activites I was about to participate in. The first hour was a bit difficult for me but over the course of the day I began to feel more and more comfortable. Ella is a great facilitator and by the end of the day I felt very relaxed and at peace.
