Tessa creëerde een fijne, veilige en knusse setting waarin iedereen op zijn/haar eigen wijze mocht deelnemen zonder verwachtingen. Ze nodigde uit om te verbinden met mezelf, maar ook met de groep. Zelfs zonder ervaring was het goed te volgen en bovenal erg leuk!

I had a truly wonderful experience at Tessa's Lighthouse Session. This was my first singing circle experience, and I felt immediately at home.
Tessa has a remarkable gift for creating a space of calm, trust, genuine connection, and joy. The evening left me feeling connected and deeply touched.

Participating in the weekly Lighthouse meditation sessions has been sooo deeply healing for me. This community brought so much lightness into my life, and I genuinely looked forward to every Tuesday🥹🥰

The group felt incredibly warm, open, and safe…like a space where you could truly arrive as you are. Tessa, is forever an inspiration to me. She holds space with so much kindness, grace, and authenticity, while also keeping things playful, funny, and wonderfully goofy at times😄

Tessa is een super fijne meditatie-begeleider. In de sessies was er ruimte voor verbinding, vragen en lichtheid maar was er tegelijkertijd ook ruimte om echt te zakken en samen (deels in stilte) te mediteren. Zeker een aanrader als je in lastige tijden zit of als je gewoon het mediteren weer wil oppakken! Heel erg bedankt, Tessa!

Lighthouse is one of the richest experiences I’ve had so far. It was a gentle reminder that it’s aaalways worth looking within ourselves for answers and that it’s safe to be a human in exactly this body. Tessa guides us back to that inner knowing in a way that feels like a big, warm hug. At the beginning, it felt a little scary to share what we were feeling with others, but as everyone started to open up, it created the most loving space that was filled with wonderful energy.

Lighthouse was a very loving and sacred space with Tessa as a shining and wise and funny host. She motivated me to devote myself to a regular mediation practice and to speak my truth from the heart, no matter what. So worth the effort!!

I recently participated in a group meditation, and it was truly incredible. I felt a deep connection to everyone present, an awareness of both the shared joy and shared pain we all carry, held together in a loving, collaborative space. Tessa has a rare gift for attracting the most beautiful souls and guiding experiences that feel genuine and expansive. I would wholeheartedly recommend her Lighthouse experience to anyone seeking connection, presence, and heart-centered growth.

Het was geweldig om deze meditaties wekelijks te volgen. Ik heb een aantal live gevolgd maar ook veel later terug gekeken. Terugkijken bracht al zoveel magisch met zich mee, echt verbonden voelen met een groep mensen die allemaal even een moment van rust zochten. En live voelde dat helemaal geweldig. Echt samen. Ik ben veel meer aan het mediteren en had nog niet veel gedaan met een lange periode (kwartier) van stilte. Tessa haar stem is zó mooi en rustgevend, ik zou het iedereen aanbevelen om zo samen met elkaar te mediteren en daar de tijd voor te nemen.

I am grateful for the Lighthouse community that Tessa brought together. This meditation group provided a safe, and loving space where I could feel my feelings, and share my feelings within a supportive group of individuals from around the world. I tuned in from New York city and although the connection was via digital means, I nonetheless, was left with a sensation of peace and tranquility as if I had been held. Tessa is a tender, and kind hearted woman whose light transcends time and space. Her guidance and leadership have led me to a place where my heart is filled with hope, and joy for having explored the depths of my heart.

Tessa de Lange led an outstanding 3 hour retreat entitled 'Heartist'. That day was very stressful. I had so many things on my plate at once but I committed to the session. I don't want to give away her methods, but she has a unique style of coaching that gets you to offload all the burdens that make you feel like a victim of life's challenges and empower you to prioritize your own well being. The type of people she attracts in these sessions are beautiful, highly empathetic people. I could not get over how much better I felt having gone through that experience. The challenges I was stressing about just sort of melted away. I hope she does more of these in the future. It was amazing! She's a wonderful teacher!

Tessa’s retreat was so beautiful. She is such an embodied and wise teacher and brings her energy to the (virtual) table.
Through her visualizations, writing exercises and group reflection I could find my true self, feel my energy and find out things I wouldn’t have thought of and that help me tremendously.
