A weekly guided meditation & emotional presence gathering on Zoom.
Through silence, somatic awareness, gentle breathwork, and shared reflection, we create a field of calm and connection. Growing emotional intelligence in a soft, grounded & embodied way.

Building community through shared stillness.

No pressure. No fixing. Just being.

Whether you're healing, navigating change, or just craving stillness... Lighthouse invites you back home to yourself.

This is also a beautiful opportunity to gently close this year of the snake- to shed old layers and move softly into winter.

No meditation experience required. Come as you are, with all that you are.

You can join Lighthouse in two ways:

🌗 Single Session Pass – Drop in anytime
€22 per session

My wish is to gather a consistent tribe of kind hearts for these six weeks- but I fully understand busy lives, so you’re also welcome to join for single sessions whenever you can.
