My work is based on principles of gestalt therapy, breathwork and yoga.
I have a background in psychology with a focus on social and biological psychology and various yoga teacher trainings (Vinyasa, Restorative, Pranayama & Yin).
For about 2 years I taught Yoga in Haarlem (Yogastudio BE) and Amsterdam (Tula) before I decided to shift my focus to facilitating group sessions.
