🔸17:30 Door opens. settle in the space, cleanse ritual, have some tea and fruits

🔸17:55 Door closes. Opening circle, welcome everyone. We will do some breathing, shaking, grouding qigong and somatic movement exercises to get out of the mind, release tensions and relax into our body & awareness. Set intentions for the evening.

🔸18:10 Team introduction. Create a safe container by consenting to workshop guidelines

🔸18:15 We will play some small group and 1-on-1 practices, Learn powerful tools from tantra, authentic relating, consent, contact dance, primal play and somatic healing to be more embodied and co-regulated, express our desires, fears, boundaries authentically, and connect deeper with presence, playfulness, sensuality and unconditional love.

🔸19:45 Open transpersonal consensual playground to explore heart's longing and love, anything that is alive, dance, touch, massage, cuddle, blindfold sensing, energetic sensual play, shibari, meditate or just being. Please ask for permission and express boundaries, no chitchat and underwear stays on

🔸21:50 Closing circle, share gratitude and appreciation for each other, share feedback and insights, feel the resonance and interconnectedness. Stay connected in our community group

You love authentic heart connections, healing, intimacy, conscious touch, dance and play in a safe space and are comfortable exploring desires, fears and boundaries 😊 whether you are single or have (a) partner(s). We welcome any relating styles and s*xual orientation.

This intermediate edition is for you if you have some form of meditation or embodiment (eg. dance, yoga) practice OR have been to neo or classical tantra or intimacy, consent workshops or temple nights before.

All our events are mindful, trauma-informed and substance-free. so NOT for those who just want to pick up people or casual s*x and those who can't respect boundaries. our main age group is between 20-45

Dress code: something that makes you feel sensual, playful, authentic, sacred, comfy, colorful (underwear stays on) ideally no streetwear
