Experience Wilrieke Sophia’s original Cuddle Workshop, combined with live music by two of the finest performers of Einaudi’s music. All of this takes place in one of Amsterdam’s most stunning locations. Let your heart be moved like never before!

❤ The Workshop: Cuddle Workshop ❤

A cuddle workshop is a structured event focused on conscious touch through various exercises.

Expect elements such as meditation, mindfulness, dance, massage, breathing exercises, somatic awareness, The Wheel of Consent, and (platonic) neo-tantric practices.

You can join solo or with a partner, and have the freedom to explore connections with others or simply focus on self-care. All is okay! There’s no pressure to step outside your comfort zone. Everything is about honoring your boundaries and comfort.

Flow of the evening:

- The evening begins with a gentle meditation, centering ourselves and letting go of daily stress.
- We start without touching and gradually make contact with ourselves and others through gentle exercises like hand-stroking.
- As the evening unfolds, activities may range from playful to more profound. But you always set your own pace, ensuring ample space for personal boundaries and expression.
- Towards the end of the workshop part, we form cuddle puddles where we can chill together and listen to the wave of music that is played live for us. You are also totally welcome to enjoy the music solo or snuggled up with your partner.

The workshop emphasizes loving attention and non-sexual touch, highlighting the pure joy of touch without any ulterior motives. Cuddling relieves loneliness, is relaxing and comforting, reduces stress, boosts happiness, and helps you understand your boundaries and desires better.

This workshop is for both experienced and new cuddlers. Whether you feel anxious about connecting with others or want a night of abundant cuddles, this workshop offers a supportive environment for exploration!

Frank Oppedijk (piano) and Anoek Brokaar (violin) have been taking the country by storm with their legendary performances of Einaudi’s music, consistently selling out their concerts months in advance. As partners in music - and in love - they have been performing for over 20 years throughout The Netherlands and Europe. To remind us through music that there’s a universal source of comfort and love, transcending all boundaries.

The music of Einaudi is a journey straight to the heart. An oasis of relaxation in a world full of haste. Prepare to be moved by a cuddle-up concert filled with comfort, love, and the most emotional melodies in the neoclassical spectrum.

Just like in the workshop, you are totally free to enjoy the music with others, with you partner, or by yourself. All is okay!

End event: 22.00h

This is a white event (platonic, no nudity or sexuality). The language of the workshop is English.

- something soft to cuddle on like a yoga mat
- a blanket if you wish
- a bottle of water or tea if you like to drink something

What to wear:
Wear what makes you feel comfortable during the workshops. Bring some layers, as you might get hot or cold. don’t wear strong scents. Fresh clothes after a busy day are nice!
