Authentic Relating Lab

✨ This is a space for authentic relating lovers ! We will work with the collective intelligence to source the theme of the session by working from the needs & desires present in the group. Co-creating a unique space from moment to moment impulses.

The games can be used for different purposes : building deeper relationships, researching consent, touch & authenticity, self expression, introspection, AR for daily life use, feeling of belonging, active listening, having high level fun. Possibilities are infinite !

Authentic relating is a set of communication practices designed to bring us into deeper connection with one another and with ourselves, aimed to grow our circle of care and compassion, aiming not to see people as others but see ourselves as a tribe. AR is a practice of presence & slowness, acceptance & self-love, noticing thoughts and feelings, revealing and being seen.

Daphné Sarpyener is a certified Authentic Relating Facilitator, possibility coach and Intimacy Activist. She facilitated more than 50 creative and relational workshops, around the world, in different communities. Last year, she organized, with her collective ARC en Lien, the first French speaking authentic relating festival in Paris (which was sold out). She currently lives in Belgium where she’s building a community for intimacy practitioners. In her workshops, she focuses on giving the space for the audience to ground, feel and connect. It isn’t so much about a teaching but rather about the experience of being authentically alive now.
