Over dit evenement
Moving to the Netherlands can be exciting but also confusing. Amidst Google translating documents and understanding new social etiquettes (and language!), it's natural to question who you are. You may find yourself not feeling a sense of belonging anywhere, caught between your old home and your new one. We are here to help you reconnect with yourself and others who are going through this identity confusion.
In this session, we'll explore:
> What new parts of yourself are you discovering after moving to the Netherlands?
> How can you stay connected to your old identity while fully embracing your new life?
> How do you cope with feeling like you don’t belong anywhere?
> How can you build a sense of community and belonging?
Join us in the middle of nature, in a cozy wooden cabin. Surrounded by trees and fresh air, we’ll do fun activities like games, evidence-based psychological methodologies, and mindfulness exercises to help you connect with your true self as well as other expats like you.
