Experience a delightful Sunday morning filled with relaxation and tranquility! On Sunday morning, August 4th, Wilma, a retreat chef, and Luciënne, a yoga instructor, are hosting a soothing Yin yoga class for all levels at the unique Tiny House Community De Kleine Burg in Rotterdam. This will be followed by a delicious Ayurvedic brunch, both of which will take place in the garden if the weather is nice.
Wilma, with her passion for cooking, and Luciënne, with her love for yoga, have decided to join forces as neighbors living in Tiny House Community De Kleine Burg to create this special event.
Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative form of yoga where you stay in the same posture for an extended period. This helps you to deeply relax your muscles and connective tissues, releasing tension and stress. The class starts at 9:30 AM, with entry from 9:15 AM, and lasts for an hour. Please bring your own mat, blanket, and optionally a cushion or yoga blocks for extra comfort.
If the weather is good, both the yoga and the brunch will take place in the beautiful garden. If the weather is unfavorable, we have a cozy shelter where we can hold the yoga and brunch in a comfortable atmosphere. Severe weather may postpone the event; you'll be notified 48 hours prior. If the event is cancelled due to weather circumstances, you can either receive a refund or participate on the rescheduled date.
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian health practice that focuses on balance and well-being through diet, and this brunch will surely delight your senses.
The cost for this wonderful morning program is 30 euros. You are welcome at De Kleine Burg, a green oasis in South Rotterdam.
