A beautiful Yoga & Art mini retreat, where we dive into movement and creation.

The theme of this mini retreat is Transformation, all around the Equinox of september 22nd, where the length of the day is equal to the night.
Nature is slowly turning inwards again. From summer to Indian summer to Autumn, a transformative season.
We will use these changes in our yoga sequence and art workshop. Embracing this new season, and anchoring it in a piece of art.

Or is your mind telling you that it's too hard? Or maybe you just don't find the time?
Join us in this joyful mini retreat!

We are very excited to announce our mini retreat 'Equinox' in which we combine yin yoga followed with an art workshop.

Let's celebrate and honour our body with movement and creation,
connecting to our creative potential.

You don't need to be an artist to create.
Neither a flexible yogi to move.

We will create freely without expectations, inspired by a different theme each mini retreat. You will be guided through excercises for inspiration and make your own pieces of art.

We will start with a short playful yin yoga sequence (with a bit of movement) to connect with and loosen up the body & mind.
Followed by an art workshop in the cosy 'Huiskamer', ending the day with a short meditation in the Yurt.

The art workshop will be guided by Hester who works as an art teacher and art therapist.
Nazima will guide us through the yoga sequence.

Depending on the theme you will learn how to create with charcoal, ink and watercolour, templates, acryl, pigments and so on. Each mini retreat will be different.

One thing is for sure, you will go home with your own unique piece of art!

All of this at the beautiful sanctuary MAHARA in de midst of Amsterdam West.
Walking into the space of MAHARA, feels like being in a fairytale.

We will start in the beautiful Yurt in the garden to welcome everyone, than we will move to the Dojo for a nourishing yogapractise and create art in the colourful livingroom.

Make sure you are wearing warm and comfortable clothes.

Language: Dutch or English, depending on the participants
All levels are welcome to join!

We will teach in small groups, max. 10 spots, which gives us space to provide extra guidance.
We have a 2 week cancellation policy.
If you can't make it you are always welcome to give your ticket to a friend.
