Op vrijdag 23 augustus faciliteer ik samen met Tess van PuurTess een semi-private ceremonie met Kundalini Activatie in Utrecht, niet ver van het centrum. ✨🪶 Semi-private betekent dat er maximaal acht deelnemers zullen zijn, zodat er veel ruimte is voor ieders proces. Op deze ochtend ben je om 10:00 welkom om deel te nemen en we zullen rond 13:00 de ceremonie afsluiten. Inloop vanaf 9:45.

Wij zorgen voor een veilige bedding waarin jouw Kundalini energie op je eigen tempo kan ontwaken en je weer meer in contact komt met jouw levensenergie! 💜
Wij zijn beiden therapeut en hebben veel ervaring met het werken met trauma's en schaduwstukken in jezelf en vinden het prachtig om te zien hoe Kundalini lichaamswerk kan bijdragen aan heling van lichaam en geest. 💫

Dit event wordt in het Nederlands gegeven tenzij er minimaal één Engels sprekend persoon deelneemt.

Nog even belangrijk:
Kundalini lichaamswerk is een fantastische manier om aan belangrijke stukken van jezelf te werken (en verwerken). Belangrijk hierbij is dat je ruimte hebt om eventuele pijnlijke emoties te dragen in de dagen volgend op een ceremonie. Laat je hierdoor niet afschrikken, het is het meeste fantastische cadeau dat je jezelf kunt geven, ga er alleen verstandig mee om :) Door een ticket aan te schaffen ga je ermee akkoord de contra-indicaties gelezen te hebben en geef je weer dat deze niet op jouw van toepassing zijn.

Contra-indicaties:
Als je een geschiedenis hebt van neurologische aandoeningen zoals epilepsie of als je te maken hebt met mentale onevenwichtigheden zoals schizofrenie of psychose kun je helaas niet deelnemen aan een activatie. Heb je een andere (psychische) aandoening, neem dan vooraf even contact met mij op en dan bespreken we de mogelijkheden. Better safe then sorry 🙏🏽

On Friday morning, august 23th, I will be facilitating a semi-private ceremony with Kundalini Activation in Utrecht together with Tess from PuurTess, not far from the city center. ✨🪶 Semi-private means there will be a maximum of eight participants, allowing ample space for everyone's process. You are welcome to join us at 10 AM, and we will conclude around 1 PM. Doors open at 9:45 AM.

We provide a safe environment where your Kundalini energy can awaken at your own pace, bringing you back in touch with your life force! 💜 We are both therapists with extensive experience working with traumas and shadow aspects within ourselves, and we find it wonderful to see how Kundalini bodywork can contribute to the healing of body and mind. 💫

This event will be conducted in Dutch unless there is at least one English-speaking participant.

A quick note:
Kundalini bodywork is a fantastic way to work on (and process) significant aspects of yourself. It is essential that you have space to handle any painful emotions that may arise in the days following a ceremony. Do not let this deter you; it is the most fantastic gift you can give yourself, just approach it wisely :) By purchasing a ticket, you agree to have read the contraindications and confirm that they do not apply to you.

Contraindications:
If you have a history of neurological disorders such as epilepsy or if you are dealing with mental imbalances such as schizophrenia or psychosis, you cannot participate in an activation. If you have another (psychological) condition, please contact me in advance, and we will discuss the possibilities. Better safe than sorry 🙏🏽
