Organizer i Amsterdam:
T-zer is a professional dancer who weaves personal development with different dance styles. She has taught for more than 15 years and this year T-zer also launched a game, Move That Soul, dedicated to asking profound questions and getting out of your comfort zone with movements. Through movements and coaching, T-zer has helped people of all ages and levels to get more confident in their own bodies. This event is an homage to the continued journey of self-discovery we are all on.

International Guest Instructor:
Claudia is a nomadic well-being coach who has been on the road since she was a little child. Her lifestyle has provided her with a wealth of insights from diverse cultures and modalities worldwide, empowering people to become their own best healers. She bridges the realms of movement, music, and self-expression through her work. Through these tools, she has helped many women reclaim their confidence, improve their health, and regulate their nervous systems. As a music enthusiast, DJ, and singer, she will be sharing her passion for music with us, helping us unlock our voices and weave songs of freedom together.
