Connecting to Your Inner Strength Through Cacao

The theme of this event is Inner Strength, inspired by my own recent spiritual practice. Together, we will explore these profound questions:

- How do you connect with the power within?
- How do you harness and utilize this inner power?
- Can you recognize your own strength even during challenging times?
- What daily tools and practices can you use to rely on and empower yourself?
- What blockages stop you from believing in your power?

WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Cozy and intimate setting
- Some context and history of cacao: why is it so special?
- Breath work
- Body scan
- Guided meditation
- Integration

RESULTS TO EXPECT:
Of course, it depends on a person, at which stage of life you are and how involved you are in spirituality overall but to give you an idea:

- Connection with yourself
- Relieving tension in your body
- Access to emotions that were not available to you before
- Unblock emotions
- Clarity regarding the topics you were confused about
- Feeling love and gratitude towards the world
- Connection with your ancestors
- Feeling the one with other attendees (very special feeling)
- Slow down and look deeper

HOW TO PREPARE:
- Try not to consume any mind altering substances on the day of the ceremony. Mind altering substances: Alcohol, drugs and coffee (coffeine blocks access to interoception - ability to feel what's going on in your body).
- Try to eat lightly, aiming to feel about 70-80% full. If you eat until you're completely stuffed, you might end up feeling too heavy and sluggish to fully enjoy the benefits of the practice.
- Wear comfortable clothes - you'll sit on the floor for 2 hours.
- The room temperature is 22C but if you tend to get cold easily, maybe bring a sweater or some sort of shawl.
- Bring a bottle of water.

IMPORTANT:
❗ We might be addig some spices in the cacao like cinnamon, chili, cardamon, black pepper etc. If you have any alergy, please let us know!

LOCATION:
The ceremony will take place in the center of Eindhoven. Once you signed up, we will share the location via a private message. Please make sure to check it.
