INNER EXPEDITION WEEKEND RETREAT (Non Residential)

We believe that life is relational and that a fulfilling human life is based on the capacity to be real.

We will approach this weekend with body practices, meditations, inquiry, authentic relating exercises, and engaging teachings. This weekend offers a safe space where you can explore who you truly are and how authenticity leads to confidence and meaningful connections. - Saturday August 17 - 11.00 am to 15.00 pm, and 18.00 to 22.00 pm
- Sunday August 18 - 11.00 am to 15.00 pm, and 17.00 to 20.00 pm
