You will learn about light and dark feminine energy and engage in practices to channel both of these sacred energies within you. Often misunderstood, dark feminine energy is not hard or dramatic but a liberation of anger and pain, transforming stuck energy into self-worth, harmony, and empowerment. It is about living in authenticity to your divine feminine self.
Our evening will be opened with a microdosing & rapé ceremony, followed by gentle meditations, yin yoga, and sensual movement practices inspired by exotic pole dance. We will close the ceremony with an integration circle. Effects of Microdosing & Rapé:

Your session guides will be Sacred Plant Medicines:
• 🍄 Psilocyb*n Microdose: to gently elevate your consciousness, enhancing clarity, emotional depth, and sensory perception without a psychedelic trip. A microdose helps you reach deeper layers of your consciousness and make contact with your emotions and sacred self. Your senses might be heightened and you might start to feel clearer. The microdose is included in the price and will be served in the form of chocolate pralines for a more comfortable experience.🍫

• 🌿 Brazilian Rapé: is an indigenous powder blend of finely ground tobacco and medicinal plants, often sniffed through the nose during shamanic plant medicine rituals. Rapé doesn’t contain psychoactive ingredients, but it is known for its powerful energetic grounding properties, often bringing a sense of calmness, alignment, and clarity.


Preparation & Guidelines:

• We are here to let your energy flow freely again. Come to the session with an open mind and curiosity. Each ceremony serves to cleanse, purify, offer insights, and create space and liberation on a mental, emotional, and spiritual level.
• Before the Ceremony: Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before the session. Eat consciously and healthily 3 days prior. No coffee on ceremony day and avoid drugs or cannabis 24 hours before and after.
• Comfort: bathroom, yoga mats, pillows, and meditation chairs are provided. Feel free to bring your own rapé or microdosing products if preferred (ticket price remains the same). Microdosing and rapé rarely cause any side effects. Please know, you don’t need to use sacred plant medicines in the ceremony if it doesn’t feel aligned with you in the moment. Please always check in with yourself and act accordingly. I am always there to help!

• small blanket or pullover if you like it cozy while meditating
• socks & barefoot welcome
