Join us under the Capricorn Full Moon @ Sunday Service amidst the beauty of nature. We will be nestled among the trees, and under the open sky as we connect, reflect, and ceremonially let go of the things that do not serve us.

This gathering as a whole offers a unique opportunity to be in sacred circle with like-minded souls and nurture your connection to community. It is an opportunity to connect with the earth, rejuvenate the spirit & share your experiences, insights, and intentions.

> > What to expect:

Ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 with Cacao, Movement, Journaling, Intention Setting, Connection Exercises, Guided Meditation, and a Sound Bath.

The intention of a Cacao ceremony is to bring awareness and presence to our heart vibration with the purpose to connect to our authentic selves.

Under the illuminating power of the Capricorn full moon, our event will harness its ambitious energy to set concrete goals and manifest long-term success. We channel our inner strength and determination to build the foundations of our future aspirations.

Full moons are an opportunity to highlight the parts of our lives that are no longer aligned with authenticity and the path we want walk, and then gracefully let them go as the moon goes full during ceremony right at 12:16!

Following the Ceremony from 13:30, We will be gathering for Sunday Service Picnic. You are invited and welcome to stay!

> We will connect, play, share & get to know one another-find support and inspiration with us, leaving refreshed, empowered, and aligned. Everyone is encouraged to bring their own bites or snacks to have or to share with the group, bring an acoustic instrument, share poetry, and play!

* If you are only able to join the picnic but not the sound bath, it is possible of course!!

*If you are only able to join the Cacao & Sound Healing Ceremony, simply purchase a ticket and show up 10-15 minutes before our start time at 11:00, no need to stay afterwards.

> Is this your first time joining our sacred circle or first time with ceremonial Cacao?

You may feel some resistance before arriving, I invite you to flow into it and sit with any discomfort that may come up in the days or hours leading up to it.

Every ceremony is different and I like to move intuitively with the energy of the group on that day. But in general, I will guide you through movement, touch, singing or chanting, connection exercises, guided meditation, some light journaling where you can expect to be prompted on questions and ways to connect that focus on our theme.

In the end, we always finish off with a relaxing sound bath with multiple instruments. Sound therapy is believed to influence brain wave states through the therapeutic power of sound and vibration.

> Altar de Axé (optional)
At each ceremony, we create an altar space for the group using herbs, oils, and candles from my apothecary. The altar is set with an intention and is utilised to strengthen the energy we want to bring forward. We handwrite the full names & DateOfBirth of everyone in ceremony, and place them on the altar.
> If you would like to join, please bring a personal item to place around the altar space in the beginning of ceremony.

> LATE POLICY* : Please make sure to be on time. Set the intention to do so. But, in the unfortunate event that you are late, please let us know ASAP. The doors will officially close 15 Minutes after the event's start time.
> CANCELLATION POLICY*: 48-Hour Cancellation Policy; If you let us know that you can't join less than [48 hours] before Ceremony, you will have a penalty of 100% of the costs. If you let us know within the 48-Hours, we will credit your ticket for the next ceremony. You can cancel via SMS or WhatsApp on phone number provided.
