WOMEN'S CIRCLES
Isabel's intention is to offer a space where women can connect, empower, and support each other in a world that often demands so much from them.
It's our little sanctuary where we explore meditation, yoga, breath-work, journaling, rituals, and ceremonies, reflecting around themes that resonate with women's lives. Here, we celebrate the divine feminine, the strength in vulnerability, and the beauty in unity.
These spaces are meant to remind us that we are not alone on this journey. Together, we explore and nurture our minds, bodies, and spirits. We lend an ear, share our stories, and find strength in each other's journeys.

THE THEME
Join me on July 14th for a special Women’s Circle near the height of summer, where we'll gather to celebrate our bodies and uplift body positivity. Inspired by the season's warmth, we'll explore the theme "My Body, My Temple," embracing the beauty and strength within us.

Through gentle activities like yin yoga, guided meditation, journaling, and sharing circles, we'll nurture a deeper love and acceptance for ourselves. This circle will provide a safe space for authentic conversations about the challenges and joys of embracing body positivity.

Let's come together as sisters to support and empower each other in loving and honoring our bodies just as they are. Join us for a morning of connection, growth, and celebration of our unique selves.

ABOUT ISABEL
As a Life & Career Professional Coach (ICF Certified) and Yoga teacher, I'm deeply passionate about empowering women.
My self-development journey started a decade ago when I experienced the loss of my mom. This led me on a path of self-discovery, realigning my life, changing lifestyle, relationships, moving abroad and recently transitioning in my career.
During this process, working on my mindset, embracing my body and feminine energy played a vital role, and I felt the strong desire to share this transformative experience with other women.
That's why I decided to become a Coach and yoga teacher, combining Neuro-linguistic programming and positive psychology together with the Yoga philosophy.
The goal of all the work I do is to support women in their empowerment journey, helping them to get the clarity and confidence to build a life & career that is truly aligned to them.
I believe that having a safe and supportive space where women can come together & connect is key in this process.

HOW TO GET PREPARED
- Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before starting time (10.45) to provide for a comfortable start
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Yoga mats and props are provided

We understand that plans can sometimes change, but please keep in mind that the tickets for this event are non-refundable.
While we won't be able to offer refunds for cancellations, I'm here to help in any way I can. If you're unable to attend, please feel free to reach out to us. You might have a friend who would love to take your spot, and we'd be happy to assist with the transfer.
