Sunrise Sweatlodge

We gather at the fire when the only light comes from the flames or the moon shining through the leaves. We enter the lodge in silence, as the Earth still sleeps. With each round, we can feel and hear the Earth waking up. We ride the wave of the first sun rays harmonizing with the awakening Earth. Together, we honor and celebrate the cycles of life, embracing the dawn with gratitude. In this sacred space, we are renewed, ready to greet the day with open hearts and clear minds.

-Sweatlodge-
The lodge is a sacred space where we weave all our relations, blending past, present, and future into one. The lodge is held together by a sacred structure made from willow covered by blankets. Here, we have the opportunity to process our experiences under the guidance of the elements—air, water, fire, earth—and something greater than ourselves. The stones are brought back to life in our sacred fire, blessed with herbs as they enter the lodge as glowing spirits. We support one another, singing prayers and sharing stories. The dance of water and fire creates a transformative journey, cleansing our bodies, spirits, and minds, leaving us renewed and reborn.

20:00 - Preparations Sweatlodge. Sharing. Singing Circle.
22:30 - Sleep in the yurt or tent.
04:00 - Start Fire
05:30 - Enter the lodge
09:30 - Breakfast + Cleanup
11:00 - Goodbye

If you prefer to sleep in your own bed and come in the morning you are welcome to join the start of the fire.

Our gatherings are centered around intentional and transformative experiences. We understand the importance of clear decisions and commitments in the realm of this work. As such, please note that there will be no refunds for cancellations.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring the sacred space we collectively create. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, we kindly request that you inform us as early as possible to allow for adjustments and considerations.
