One Day Immersion - Winter Solstice Ceremony

Every year on Winter Solstice we visit the Underworld of the Bodyverse together.

A journey into the states of consciousness of liquid connectivity
A journey through attuning your receptors to vibration
A journey of awakening and re-enchanting the magic within

Through somatic practices, plant medicine, ritual, invocations, nature immersion, threshold and rapture states exploration, we will recalibrate and deepen our connection with the Body, Community, and Cosmos and we cultivate a state of a deep sensory wakefulness.

We will be using plant medicines: Herbal potion & Golden Teacher mushroom

Herbal POTION: we will make a potion with the herbs that will support the journey.

GOLDEN TEACHER (a psychoactive mushroom) - the brain becomes “hyperconnected” and allows for increased communication between different regions. It helps you to go through the default mode network (all your storylines about yourself and conditioning) and witness what’s underneath.

Program:
9.00 - 10.00 am: arrival, tea, getting all set and cozy
10.00 - 11.00 am: welcome, potion, settling and creating the space
11.00 - 2 pm: Plant medicine ceremony (Golden Teacher mushroom)
2 pm - 3 pm: lunch break, being outside
3 pm - 5 pm: integration practice and sharing (if the weather will allow, outside around a fire)
5 pm - 6 pm: closing
