Explore your Body as a Doorway into the states of liquid connectivity, pouring insights, flow, and trance.

This workshop will give you some practical skills and tools to apply daily to make your human experience more effortless and spacious.

Everything we do in this workshop is trauma-informed, nervous system-led, and consent-based.

Come practice self-care and social nervous system repair on purpose.

We start at 10 am.
Language of facilitation: English.
The workshop itself will take approximately 2 hours. Plus, there is extra time for your questions and shares.

There is also an option to stay longer for an Embodied Dance party. If you stay, bring some lunch! We will do a pot luck style lunch (share and eat together).
