Moving into autumn - Yin yoga & meditation

We are happy to announce our monthly classes at the Buurtboerdeij. In this class we will combine yin yoga with meditation.
Each class will have a unique theme. The theme of this class will be 'Moving into autumn'.
Reload and energise yourself while enjoying the beautiful countryside.

The class will be in English or Dutch, depending on the participants
Make sure you are wearing warm and comfortable clothes.

Again a lovely experience, and I very much needed a moment to connect with my body and this served! A lovely chill, stress free environment and a restaurant downstairs for some lunch after. Love it.

De les wordt gegeven op een prachtige locatie in een ruimte met een hele fijne sfeer. Je krijgt meteen een warm welkom en er liggen zelfs voor iedereen dekentjes klaar! Dit was mijn eerste Yin Yoga les en gelijk een hele prettige ervaring. Bedankt! :)
