Naked Circling & Authentic Relating

Our bodies, our minds and our hearts: the relationship we have to our bodies, our own skin, flesh and bones often creates stories and narratives that go deep. In this workshop we will interweave naked Circling with Authentic Relating, for processing all the assumptions, judgments, love and care we have surrounding our bodies. Shame and desire are often key components of how we relate to our bodies. In this workshop we seek to restore connection to ourselves through the sharing of vulnerabilities and insights on what it means to show up in our skin. A deeply connective workshop where we engage in our humanness and tenderness from the heart space. A workshop not to be missed.

WHY CIRCLING?
Circling invites you to let go of facade, enter into meaningful social connections, come as you are, receive others as they are, while always respecting your boundaries and the boundaries of others. What happens in Circling workshops can´t be predicted, but people often experience a deep sense of presence and connection with themselves and with others, explore personal realizations that lead to valuable change, and allow exiled parts of themselves to come back into awareness and living breathing life. It's a powerful practice that can easily bring things into your awareness that were previously unconscious to you.

Authentic Relating (AR) is a set of practices that enable you to engage in deep, meaningful, soulful conversations with anyone, anytime, anywhere. In learning the building blocks and principles of AR, we provide tools for all your interactions - speaking from our core values with essential humility– for conscious communication and rich relating. This allows us to be in alignment with our deepest feelings and weave a more rich and truthful human experience. Authentic Relating asks us to break our unconscious programming and become awake and aware of how we show up in the world.
