🌟 🫀Good to know: Cuddling is healthy. Cuddle hormones such as oxytocin lower your stress level and are good for your body and mind. By cuddling regularly you gain more confidence in yourself and in others. You can recharge your battery at the end of your working week.

💖 💪 Empowering Exercises: You can come to a Cuddle Party to meet new people, to enjoy amazing conversations, to touch, to be touched, to have fun, to practice asking for what you want, to practice saying “no” to what you don’t want — all in a setting structured to be a place for relaxation, exploration and enjoyment. You can even come to a Cuddle Pyjama Party just to cuddle! We will do a series of guided activities and exercises that promote trust, communication and understanding. Then we open up for ‘free-style’ cuddling. You have plenty of time to relax, chat, share a back rub or other welcome touch, cuddle, have a snack or just hang out.
