Join us for a night, where we dive deep into the essence of our being and raise awareness of each other's states of body and mind.

✺ What is the Essence Of Purity about? ✺

It is all about the movement of awareness from outside, back inward. Realizing you are your own healer. You are capable of holding whatever is present within you. (Re)connect with your body, your Self and the answers that you hold within. By using different tools we will experience how our body is communicating to us. Thus we will feel our bodies more consciously, which will lead to more embodies awareness and aliveness.
It's an evening of authenticity, where we encourage you to embrace your true self without shame, guilt, or insecurity. Uncovering the feeling of pureness of simply being your pure self. Whether you are looking for an evening of deep relaxation, a moment to yourself or like to go on a journey of discovering the feeling of pureness.

What to expect?

✨Ceremonial Cacao:
It will soften the body & mind.
Connects you with your heart’s energy and by that allows you to observe from a place of compassion and love and staying lovingly aware and curious with all that lives inside.

✨Meditation:
Creating awareness of yourself and being inspired.
The answers are within and are being shared through the most subtle impulses that we can only feel and experience when we allow our mind to become more silent and connect with our bodies.

✨Breathwork & Somatic Body Work:
Discover blockages in your body- things that can potentially be resolved and released. Breathwork and somatic bodywork is there to shake things and regulate the nervous system. Bring to the surface which is in your subconscious. Create space for energy to flow again and by that remove blockages. You can see your breath as a cleansing wind that moves through you. We will support you in the process by holding you.

✨Reiki:
The magic of touch creates a space in which we feel safe, held and able to stay present with the more challenging moments. You don’t have to carry everything alone. You are allowed to let yourself be held and carried. A loving touch in which the highest frequency of love is being transmitted brings us back to remembering the safety we felt when we were held as a newborn. Pure. Safe. Loved.

✨Music & Singing:
We will be integrating the sensations and the feeling in the here and now after going through the evening. We will play live music and sing together,. We will intuitively sing based on the energy that is felt in the space.

The event will take place at a beautiful farm, just outside of Amsterdam, where we are surrounded and inspired by nature’s elements.

Hi I am Daniela,
My journey over the past years has been a thread of self-discovery and growth.
I have always been an open minded person, thriving for adventure and following my intuition. Throughout the years Í have heard a persistent calling to create something meaningful, something that resonates deeply with myself and my purpose. Through life experiences, working in fast paced environments, moving places, meeting new people and letting myself inspire along the way, I found myself drawn closer to that inner calling.
In 2023, I quit my job at a Superfood Company and went on a trip to México alongside my sister. Little did I know, this journey would become the catalyst for profound change in my life. it was a transformative journey that empowered me to continue listening to my heart.
During our time, my sister and I dived into the world of cacao, uncovering its benefits and the stories woven within its cultivation. Fueled by passion and purpose, my sister and I founded Heart Essence, our own Cacao Label. We facilitate workshops, retreats and ceremonies guiding others towards the essence of their heart.

Today, I am a Yoga & Barre Teacher and have launched my own Somatic Coaching Concept, specializing in Embodied Transformation through Somatic practices and body work. Through gentle yet powerful practices, I help individuals release emotional blockages, guiding them towards liberation and inner harmony.

Hi I am Elisia,
My interest in how our bodies communicate to us in subtle sensations has led me to become a Holistic Therapist. Where a new world opened up to me, the world of healing through energy. Reiki, for me, is one of the most potent ways to tune in and (re)connect with my body. But also one of the most intimate ways of connecting to someone else. By holding space, becoming this loving awareness, the body feels safe enough to surrender and reignite the body’s ability to self-heal.
Many of us experience being at this crossroads in our lives and recognize the feeling as if we have lost ourselves. However, did you know that it is in these moments that we are on our way to reconnecting with our true selves?
Therefore, I am so passionate about creating safe spaces where we can let our guards down, open our hearts and truly be able to see one another for who we are. Without masks. Real. Pure.

During the event Elisia and Daniela will be serving Cacao, guide you safely through Connective Breathing and Somatic Body work exercises and you will receive Reiki energy healing. It is a safe space where you will be seen, held and nourished on ALL levels. A space where you can fully be yourself.

PRECAUTIONS
While Ceremonial Cacao is very gentle and well-tolerated by most individuals, there are some contra-indications to be mindful of:

- Pregnancy or breastfeeding;
- Heart or stomach diseases;
- If you are on a high dose of SSRIs

While breathwork is such a beneficial method to regulate the nervous system it is important to be mindful with it when:
- Pregnant
- You are facing Psychological conditions and active traumas
- Medication

We will create a sacred and ceremonial setting, where your space will be prepared with a mattress, a blanket and some props to make it yourself as comfortable as possible.

What to bring:
- comfortable clothes that make you feel safe and able to fully surrender;
- a notebook to write any insights in;
- some power anchors such as crystals or oils or other elements that you work with;

Cancellation policy:

Of course we understand that sometimes due to unforseen circumstances, you are not able to join the event. Therefore we would like to be clear about the cancellation policy:

- Longer than 24h before start of the event: 100% return of ticketprice;
- 24h before start of the event: 50% return of ticketprice;
- 24h or less before start of the event: no return of ticketprice (*an idea is to gift your ticket to someone you know that could benefit from this event)
