This evening we will put our special attention on Circling. Some experience with Authentic Relating or circling is helpful.

ABOUT CIRCLING
Circling is an advanced AR game. It is a relational meditation practice that allows participants to experience deep connection and presence within a group setting. We dive into a presence-based conversation that can lead to feelings of synchronicity, transformative insights or an almost psychedelic state of presence.

Our circling-session will start with one or two exercises to warm up, connect to oneself, others and the group. After that there will be space for open circling; an unguided place to tune into what is alive and emerges.
