When I educate women on their cycle, I often hear people say 'My mom never taught me this, I don’t even think she knows'. And I'm here to change that! During my womb health talk I will teach you and your mother how to live in sync with your cycle. Accompanied by a meditation and sound healing intended to empower the mother daughter bond, this is probably one of the most meaningful gifts you van give your mother.
