Move, breathe and sing as one!
Soul Tribe is inspired by our most ancient human rituals of gathering around the ceremonial fire to experience the power of community united in rhythm and flow. Join us for a collective sound and movement ritual that combines an interactive sound bath, movement ceremony and song circle all in one. We gather to celebrate SOUL, our creative essence, and to create the magic of the moment together through our creative interplay. Simon holds space and guides the group through this journey as we honour the Earth, and all of life. Embrace the connection, embody freedom and let love rule!

Yoga meets conscious dance and vocal freedom
We begin in the ritual mandala with a mat-based sequence that includes moving meditations, dynamic breathwork, vocal invocations and circular soundscapes. Simon guides the group in fluid movement meditation to invite mobility, ease and flow. We explore tension release and de-armouring practices to release our breath and voices and deepen our collective embodiment. As we go off-mat and open the ritual space, we move from breath and ease into conscious movement, diving into the pleasure of free-form, intuitive flow. Enjoy the cues and guidance offered and feel free to take space for your personal interpretation, allowing whatever needs to be expressed, to flow through you.

For every body & soul
Alternate between exploring your own inner dance and joining the tribe to move and breathe as one. There is no need to know any dance moves or partnering patterns. We move with Prana, the life force that moves through us all. Simon guides the group to move through space as one tribe, dividing and regrouping, exploring swarm and herd patterns inspired by the movements of animals, fish and birds. Deepen your own inner journey as you embody different moods and emotions where the music and movements evolve from ecstatic to peaceful and from exuberant to the subtle. Let your spirit soar as you move to the global rhythms and epic sounds from around the world.

Sound medicine
During the flow of the journey Simon alternates between DJ sets of hypnotic global music and co- creating live circular music and sound scapes with the tribe. Free your voice to free your soul as you join the group in creating live soundscapes, mantras and circle songs. Find your own way to support the circle in voice, movement or body percussion as we dive deeper into the ritual fusion of sound and movement meditation.

We close our journey with a soothing sound bath and relaxation. After there will be time to land with tea and refreshments provided.

Soul tribe guidelines
Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary, just an open heart and mind.
Help create a safe space for freedom, joy and connection. Respect personal boundaries and celebrate inclusive diversity.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes. Bring a second layer if you like.
Feel the Earth, barefoot is recommended. No outdoor or sports shoes.
If you like, bring a drinking bottle that closes well.
No use of drugs, alcohol or plant medicine before or during the event.
Please leave bags and unnecessary items out of the ritual space.
Phones off and out of the ritual space. No photos or video recordings.

About Simon
Simon Rowe brings his lifelong experience to Soul tribe to offer a truly unique and transformative experience. Simon is an experienced Yoga teacher and teacher trainer. He also has a long background with expressive voice and movement having enjoyed an extensive international career in dance-theatre. As a passionate practitioner of conscious movement, voice work and creative flow, Simon continues to study globally with leading teachers of embodied movement, conscious dance and vocal freedom. Simon offers 200 hours of training programs in his own Living in Flow program, hosted by The New Yoga School.
