A soft morning dance to wake up our bodies.
To root ourselves deeply into the earth.
To share with others in sheer presence.
And to start our day through gratitude and ritual.

During ROOTS, we start with what moves us from within. We create a brave and safe space to breathe, explore, slow down and deepen - and from here, connect to what wishes to be expressed. May this morning become a celebration of life - in all her layers of beauty and intensity…
