You may feel some resistance before arriving, I invite you to flow into it and sit with any discomfort that may come up in the days or hours leading up to it.

Every ceremony is different and I like to move intuitively with the energy of the group on that day. But in general, I will guide you through movement, touch, singing or chanting, connection exercises, guided meditation, some light journaling where you can expect to be prompted on questions and ways to connect that focus on our theme.

In the end, we always finish off with a relaxing sound bath with multiple instruments. Sound therapy is believed to influence brain wave states through the therapeutic power of sound and vibration.

• You're welcome to arrive 10 minutes before the start time

> Altar de Axé (optional)
At each ceremony, we create an altar space for the group using herbs, oils, and candles from my apothecary. The altar is set with an intention and is utilised to strengthen the energy we want to bring forward. We handwrite the full names & DateOfBirth of everyone in ceremony, and place them on the altar.
> If you would like to join, please bring a personal item to place around the altar space in the beginning of ceremony.

> LATE POLICY* : Please make sure to be on time. Set the intention to do so. But, in the unfortunate event that you are late, please let us know ASAP. The doors will officially close 15 Minutes after the event's start time.
> CANCELLATION POLICY*: 48-Hour Cancellation Policy; If you let us know that you can't join less than [48 hours] before Ceremony, you will have a penalty of 100% of the costs. If you let us know within the 48-Hours, we will credit your ticket for the next ceremony. You can cancel via SMS or WhatsApp on phone number provided.
