Exploring Conscious Touch

Physical touch can be a beautiful way to explore non-verbal communication, using our presence as a way to interact and connect. When we see our hands as extension of our heart, physical touch also allows us to support ourselves and others in deeply resting and nourishing our central nervous systems, leaving us feeling deeply relaxed and safe.

During this evening we will guide you through authentic conscious touch-based games and exercises, with an emphasis on embodied and experiential learning. This will leave you heart and mind-opened, and deeply connected to yourself and others.

We'll address 5th principle of Authentic Relating*: Honor Self & Other. Consent is key at all times. This is a clothes-on workshop and during this evening we stay away from sexual energy. We use touch as a safe and healthy way to intimately connect with yourself and others.

*Authentic Relating an interpersonal meditation. It is the practice of acting and speaking from a place of heartfelt vulnerability and deep presence, allowing us to be in alignment with our deepest feelings and weave a more rich and truthful human experience.

Location: Europalaan 20, Utrecht (FREE PARKING). Entrance is behind the building.
Doors open at 18:50. Please be on time, there will be no-one to let you in after 7.10 PM
This workshop wil be held in English (but of course in interactions you can speak Dutch with each other if that is more easy).
We work with small and intimate groups.
We provide unlimited tea and some snacks. Make sure you have eaten before we start.
