Meet DJ Léon Beckx.

His art and craftsmanship focus on facilitating group processes that deepen connection, unlock hidden potential, transform, and propel life forward. Drawing from his 25 years of experience in guiding diverse groups, from corporate boardrooms to prisons, Léon employs a variety of tools.

These tools stem from his studies in psychology, martial arts, Gestalt therapy, 5Rhythms dance, Contact & Dance improv, Somatics, Focusing, and Playback Theater. He serves as the head facilitator in various community-building methods, with key ones being the Alternatives to Violence Program (AVP), the Organization Workshop, and the Oasis Games. As a craftsman, Léon enjoys sharing his learned lessons and experiences.
Since 2008, he has been training facilitators globally, a journey he continued in 2019 with Heart of the Dance. He is a dedicated ceremony leader at Ecstatic Dance Amsterdam.
