Gathering - Playday: Herontdek het spelen, release your inner child

Lieve Jij,

Dit is jouw uitnodiging om in contact te komen met geweldige, nieuwsgierige en gelijkgestemde mensen op een dag vol spel!
Wanneer heb je voor het laatst gespeeld? Echt gespeeld – zonder dat het moet lukken, zonder dat het er op een bepaalde manier uit hoeft te zien, of zonder dat jij er op een bepaalde manier uit hoeft te zien. Wil je loskomen uit het ‘keurslijf’ van hoe je denkt dat je je moet gedragen? Misschien weet je niet eens hoe je het anders zou willen of zou kunnen doen, maar je bent wel nieuwsgierig.

Kom dan bij ons spelen! Het hoeft niet perfect te werken; we kunnen vallen en weer opstaan. Minder ernstig, of misschien wel heel ernstig, als je je zo voelt op deze dag. We komen samen, er is een structuur en vooral: we maken de ontmoeting samen. Je gaat met een gevoel van lichtheid naar huis en komt meer in contact met je creatieve en speelse kant. Onderdelen van de dag zijn onder meer:
- Cacao
- Delen
- Meditatie
- Speels ademwerk
- Koude blootstelling

Wees speels! In de vorm van:
- Spelletjes spelen
- Muziek maken
- Acro-yoga
- Play fight
- Yoga
- Zingen
- Dansen
- Snacks

Je bent uitgenodigd in al jouw kleuren, precies zoals jij je op dat moment voelt. Ook al voelt het beangstigend, ook als je niet precies weet hoe je zou reageren, of als je (nog) niemand kent.
Geloof ons, het is ongelooflijk bevrijdend om elkaar vanuit een plek van speelsheid te ontmoeten en te ontdekken en te zien wat daaruit voortkomt, en hoe je van daaruit verder komt. Er komt al een hele gemeenschap samen.

Laten we serieus spelen!

P.S.: Als je heel graag wilt komen, maar dit vanwege financiële beperkingen minder haalbaar is, laat het ons dan per e-mail weten. Wij denken graag met je mee over wat wij kunnen doen om je aanwezig te kunnen laten zijn.

Dear You,

This is your invitation to connect with lovely and like-minded people in a day filled with play!

When did you last play? Really play—without having to succeed, without it having to look a certain way, or without you having to look a certain way. Would you like to break free from the 'straitjacket' of how you think you should behave? Maybe you don't even know how you would or could do it differently, but you are curious.

Then come and play with us! It doesn't have to work out perfectly; we can fall and get up again. Less serious, or maybe very serious, if that's how you feel on this day. We will come together, there is a structure, and most of all, we make the meeting together.

You will go home with a feeling of lightness and be more in touch with your creative and playful side.

- Playing games
- Making music
- Acro yoga
- Play fighting
- Yoga
- Singing
- Dancing
- Sharing snacks

You are invited in all your colors, just as you feel at the moment. Even if it feels daunting, even if you don't know exactly how you would react, or if you don't know anyone (yet).

Believe us, it is incredibly liberating to meet each other from a place of playfulness, discovering and seeing what arises from there, and how you rise from there. A whole community is already coming together.
