Welcome to a Six-Week Series of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, intended to raise our frequency.
You can sign up for the entire series or for one class.

The series will focus on creating further and deeper connection with our own core ‘sun’ energy within, as well as creating a flow of energy through all chakra centers from above our crown to deep within the crystalline heart of Mother Earth. Lesson time, including deep relaxation, will be between 1.5 and 1 hour 45 min. Some lessons will be quite physical and some more focused on meditation (often including singing with live music—what better way to activate and clear our throat chakras?) While this is an intermediate level series, beginners who are committed to the process are welcome. As we raise our own frequency, the earth/living beings will also benefit: devotion to joy and self love creates more joy and love on the planet!

-Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that you feel free to move and dance in. Light colors and natural materials are best.
-Please bring a sheep skin to practice on if you have one.
-Bring something to cover your head for meditations.
-Yoga mats, cushions, blankets, and tea are provided.
-When you email to register, please indicate whether you have previous experience with Kundalini Yoga, as well as if you have any physical or mental disabilities or concerns.
-Please cancel 72 hours in advance for full refund of the series and 12 hours in advance for single class refund.
