Invitation to join the Amsterdam Playfight circle for men!

We invite you to consciously fight and joyfully play with other men. Bring back childhood memories of rolling around on the floor like puppies, lions or monkeys. Explore physical interaction and what it means to you. The event includes space to share your thoughts, emotions and feelings in a safe, trustful and respectful way.

What is Playfight?
Playfight is a deep connection, with yourself and others.
This practice combines primal fighting, play and mindfulness. We connect with our primal side, the strength in our bodies and the wisdom in our emotions. We take care of ourselves, and our limits, expanding them with kindness and fun. We connect with others, learning to be authentic in relationship with them. We fight but there are no winners or losers. We use strength, but we don't hurt each other.

When? Tuesday 2nd of April, 19.00-22.00 (doors open at 18.30)
Where? Surinameplein 35, Amsterdam
What to bring? Yourself, your curiosity, consciousness, playfulness, strength, fun, also the will to share and listen.
Hosts: Joris and Balazs. We are preparing a welcoming and safe environment.
Language: English.
Price: as per Hipsy tickets or a voluntary contribution of 10-25 €
